LPN

Full-time and part-time LPNs for all shifts. Assess residents and patients clinical conditions, administer medications and treatment plans. Supervise the unit and CNAs. Must be licensed in Illinois or eligible to take the licensure exam. LTC experience preferred.

Flex Nurse

Float from one unit to another as requested, assessing residents’ clinical conditions, administering medications and implementing treatment plans. Supervise the unit and CNAs. Must be licensed in Illinois or eligible to take the licensure exam. Registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) candidates welcome to apply. Must be able to work variable hours. LTC experience preferred.

RN (Registered Nurse)

Provide nursing care to residents and patients and supervise CNAs in their daily activities. Must be licensed in Illinois or eligible to take the licensure exam. Experience preferred. CPR required. NEW GRADS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
